LinkSys people assured me that using their new
BEFVP41 DSL VPN Router I can establish VPN between
two Win98SE networks. I purchased two routers and
have installed one on each network and I am able
to make a "Tunnel" between the two networks, but
then I am stuck. How do I access computers
(resources) on Network "A" from a computer on
Network "B"? I have read articles indicating
that Win98 cannot be a VPN "Server". Is it still
the case with the VPN Router and I was led down
the wrong path, or is there a way to do it. Any
help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. |

Have you used the Install
guide for this
appliance? ftp://ftp.l

It does not
matter what kind of
network you have when you
are using these routers.
As long as you are using
IP traffic it will work
fine.
