I have limited knowledge of computers in general & have recently downloaded/installed an online trading program that uses checkpoint SecuRemote.
I'm having problems connecting & am unsure if it's my computer, the trading program (VPN/Firewall) or my IP server. When I connect the firewall authenticates, but communication fails. I did have another computer networked to mine, but have since disconnected it & was also running Norton internet security which I've uninstalled & still can't access the program. Can you help? Is it my IP or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your time.
