vpn setup

i have dsl connection for
my internet
through a
netopia router.
i want
to setup a vpn server win
2000
for my remote
clients.
should i put
2 nics in my vpn
server?
the other comp
on the lan are win
98.
the remote clients
need some files from on
of the win 98
comps.
how shld i
start?
