internet access

Hello All,
I am new to this forum but I am having a VPN related issue. While connected through VPN I cannot get one of my clients to punch through a proxy server for internet access. He pulls DNS settings and has the correct proxy information. He can ping the proxy server and has the proxy server listed in his host file. I even check his registry to see if the proxy server was being wirtten there. It is correctly written in the reg. Any ideas as to why this is happening. Thanks in advance for the help.

Not uncommon. The nature of VPNs are that they are secure. Opening the ability to access outside web sites through the tunnel opens you up to hackers.
