ike key renegotiation
failed

I am using the ATT Global
Network Client 6.3.3 on a
Direcway satellite
connection. It connects
fine, but after a period
of time, 5 mins or a
couple of hours, the
connection drops with
this failure:
IKE key
renegotiation
failed.'
I cannot
figure out why it keeps
failing- can anyone
assist? I think it has to
do with the encryption
and the key must be
changing upon the
renegotiation. But I
don't know why. I am not
that technical - so
please be gentle with me!
