link to run a remote
aplication under
unix my set up is as
follows:
my pc at
work is running wk2 it
has a link to the
internet via adsl that is
shared trough a prog
called wingate to the
rest of the
network.
at home i
have a win2k machine with
the same setup except its
a cable modem the unix
box sits on the work
network and is pingable
from the work end i can
run a terminal emulator
and run my main
application from any pc.
how can i use vpn to run
it from home.
i
think i managed to vpn
link my work pc to home
it showed as connected,
but not other network
connections would then
run through the two pcs
and i could not ping the
address either
end. where do i go
from here? |
