SOFTWARE??? ---------- Hello All:
i had
some confusion about VPN.
i set up a successfull
vpn using a linksys
router running windows
2000 server.linksys once
told me that there router
only supports 7 vpn
sessions at at time. Now
i am thinking about
setting up a network
using a cable modem and a
linksys vpn router to a
corporate network who
runs a vpn through
software.if they are
running the vpn software
on there server and i
will be the client does
it matter whether my
router supports vpn or
not?Is VPN software take
the place of VPN
hardware(router)the
corperate network uses an
internet connection,log
into a vpn and then they
run citrix.the problem is
I dont want to purchase a
router that will not
handle my 4 to 5 users
connecting to the
corperate network ? I
hope this all makes sense
it has me confused.any
help would be
appreciated!!!
Tha
nks!! wwrr |
