ADMINISTRATION

Can anybody assist, I am
in the process of rolling
out VPN access to our
users to access our
Corporate Network.
However on an
administration side for
our help desk we are
looking at ways of
supporting these systems
by our technical staff to
take control of the end
users system. Similar to
Citrix Shadow facility or
VNC, Can anybody please
assist,
