VPN & VoIP or IP Phone

I have 3 different sites
that I would like to
connect. I have the VPN
working i'm able to Ping
all 3 sites. My goal now
is to setup a VoIP or IP
Phone I'm new with this.
Please someone let me
know how to setup this.
