linux box at home to the
above firewall/VPN
server. I have tried to
configure freeswan on a
number of occasions,
however I am having a few
problems getting it to
work. The VPN can be
established using
Symantec's VPN client
from windows, which works
fine - however I am in
need of a Linux
solution.
The
problem I am having is
that there does not seem
to be a place in the
freeswan ipsec
implementation for all
the authentication
required by this VPN
server (It is set up with
a distinguished name, and
a Dynamic Client shared
key - there is a a user
name which is tied to an
individual shared key,
along with a
Distinguished name common
to all users).
Has anyone managed to
successfully configure
this combination of
freeswan and the symantec
200R?
Any help
would be greatly
appreciated! |
