Slow VPN

I have a very simple 2
PC's network (2000
advenced server,2000
profissional client)both
connected to internet by
sattelite on at home and
one at work i connected
them using VPN but the
connection is crawling
very very slow .....i
need help please

Change your connection

First, if you are using a
satellite connection AND
can get the VPN tunnel up
and running you are in a
very special
group.
Typically,
satellite connections
cause so much delay in
packet transmission
(500ms or longer) that it
will cause a VPN tunnel
to collapse.
Best
solution: drop the
satellite and get a solid
broadband connection that
is symertrical (upload /
download speed are the
same).
