Secure WiFi using VPN

Hi, I just want a little
advice on securing my
wireless network using
VPN.
Some of the
devices on my network do
not support WPA, only
WEP, so I am thinking of
using VPN aswell as WEP.
I would like to
create a VPN connection,
between my laptop and my
router.
Please can
you tell me if this is
possible and if so, how
do I go about
it?
