Requirements?

Hello I´m a newby,
we
have a office with an
cisco 1600 router and
behind that we have a
ipchains firewall
(linux)and then comes the
intranet (linux).
Now
we will open a new office
in a different location
with an adsl connection
to the Internet.
So my
question is what we need
to make a tunneled vpn
connection from our new
office to the existing.
And how we should setup
the router and the
firewall.
