Netgear FVS318 VPN help

Hi, Im new to VPNs. I
shall be installing an
FVS318 for some client
PCs to have a VPN
connection with their
office overseas. Im
doing some preperation
and need to know if the
only thing I need is the
destination IP address
and the pre-shared key.
Is this
correct?
