office connection ---------- I am fairly new to VPN's
and need a little
help.
I was able
to configure a Branch
office tunnel from one
Nortel contivity to
another with no real
problems. Can someone
tell me if I can connect
a customers PIX to our
Contivity in a similar
way?
TIA

office connection ---------- Jeff, I also managed
Nortel VPNs and have done
numerous BO
configuration. You
should be able to
configure a PIX and a
Nortel as if it was a
Nortel to Nortel. Just
make sure you have a
mirror image of the local
and remote networks, and
all ports used by VPN are
allowed on both
directions. Hope this
helps, ask me if you
want.
Now, I have
a small question myself.
Do you know how to
configure or know someone
that configured a
Symantec Enterprise VPN
7.0 running under Win 2k
and a Nortel Contivity
1600? Better yet, are
they even Interoperable?
I am getting this
"payload malformed" error
on the NOrtel and SEVPN
is getting "more then one
transform agreed for
ISAKMP SA". I've been
fiddling with this error
but cant seem to get the
two working.
Well, let me
know, thanks.
