Client using IPSEC VPN ---------- I am trying to setup a
Linksys BEFVP41 VPN
Router at site (A), which
will host files for
remote users. The remote
user at site (B) will
connect using an XP Pro
laptop. I am looking for
ways to easily set this
up, and duplicate to
other users. I have
talked with Linksys tech
support and gotten no
ware, except an article
that talks about setting
up IPSEC on XP, but
requires the Linksys
router to connect which
it cannot, since it is
the host in this whole
scheme. Their tech
support offer no
suggestions beyond
connect using another
BEFVP41 at the remote
sites. Which does work,
but they aren't going to
carry these VPN routers
around with them
everywhere, and have the
capability to set them
up. I need a connection
they can control using
just the XP laptop. They
initiate the VPN
connection. Any help is
appreciated! |
