IKE phase 2 Fails Between
Vigor and BSD Racoon

After phase 1 completes,
I get:
ERROR:

sainfo.
ERROR:
isakmp.c:1060:isakmp_ph2b

packet.
Using ESP,
SHA-1, IPSec, 3DES. Any
clues?
