upload speed! ---------- Hello, I am
running a Cisco VPN
client on a Windows XP
Pro machine( 60GB HD, 1GB
mem and 10/100 NIC). I
use ADSL through verizon
and have come upon a
troubling problem. This
is a brand new XP image
and all I have loaded
onto it is the Cisco
vpnclient-win-3.5.4.Rel-k
9 app. After I install
the VPN client my upload
speed decreases from
135kbs to 13kbs. The
download speed remains a
healthy 702kbs. I
uninstall reboot and my
upload is back to 138kbs!
Where should I begin to
look to resolve this
issue? Please let me know
if you need more info
regarding pc setup or
ISP. Thanks in advance
for your assistance.
